A  Return can be requested by a Customer when any of the following situations arises:
Ordered Item(s) is/are post their expiry Date.​
The Wrong Item(s) was/were Delivered!​
Money will be refunded only if we dont have the Product  to replace in situation 1&2 Stated Above.​
All Items to be Returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging
intact & should not be tampered.
If any refund shall be credited to customers source account within 7-10 working days.
All Disputes are to Pune Jurisdiction.

• Gogate Products Arrange Delivery Facility But We Are Not Responsible For Any Damages Occur During Transport As It will Be Handed By Third Party Delivery Services.                                       

•  Free Delivery Within 1Km From Store.
  Shipping And Delivery Charges as Applicable Extra At Actuals.
  We are Not Responsible For any Problems Arising due to Late Order Delivery /Product Missing /Defective Product Once Order Is Dispatched From the Store.
  Orders above 1km From Store will be Delivered By Local Delivery Agencies.

•  All order placed post 5:00 pm shall be processed on the next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.

•  Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 6:00 pm will be automatically processed for dispatch on Tuesday or on next working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or an any government holiday, thus we have restricted dispatch timelines due to limited shelf life of our products.

• Orders booked during any festival months, might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal. delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.

• Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.

• In case where billing address and shipping address is different all necessary information such as address, nearby location, contact person name and contact number should be provided for smooth delivery process
